Delivery Information
Our perfume delivery service takes 10-15 business days, whilst our skincare delivery service takes 16-21 business days. Kindly note that your order will be acknowledged only after your payment has been confirmed. The delivery charge is a standard fee of an additional ZMW 250.00. At checkout; kindly include your name, contact number, email address and delivery address (including post code) to ensure a smooth process.

Payment Methods
For payment methods at checkout, kindly select Card payment as that is the only selection that is currently active in ZM and SA.
We will soon be accepting Mobile Money payments in the near future. If you will pay via mobile money in future, kindly send your proof of payment to our Instagram page @crowneluxe.scents to confirm your order.

Return and refunds
If you would like to request a return or refund for your order, please contact us via email at crowneluxescents@gmail.com and please include: (i) your order number, (ii) the reason for return/ refund request, (iii) as well as a photo of the product(s).
Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
Eligibility for Returns:
-The product must be unsealed, unused and in its original packaging.
-The request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Non-Refundable items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if: (i) The seal has been broken, (ii)The box has been opened, (iii)The product(s) has been sprayed or used.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us via email within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product(s), and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
By placing an order with us, you have agreed to the terms and conditions included in our policy.
